In Motorcycle Engine on Dynamometer what can be reson for clutch plate failure? How to decide the clutch is enough for the engine cc? If plates are burning / slipping what can be solution?
AND try an oil that doesn't slip so much. Easy if you can use ATF. Try the old Ford ATF or B&M's Trick Shift. If you have to use motor oil use an oil made for 4 stroke motorcycles.

We don't know anything about the original application. If the gearbox shares its oil with the engine (conventional for everything except Harleys and traditional BMW's) then ATF or other such lubricants are not an option. If that is the case, you should be using an engine oil that meets JASO MA (this oil specification is intended for "wet" clutches in which the gearbox oil is shared with the engine). Oil of that type is designed to minimize clutch slippage.
If the gearbox is separate from the engine then the lubricant can be selected more freely.
