Viking has foam stuff. We use them in military hangars.
Chemguard and Tyco are often together. I've used them in private and military hangars.
This stuff is quite specialized. If you mess up, the mistakes are very costly.

No offense, but this project sounds like it may be above your experience level. You may be best served to hire a professional that can help guide you through the foam/water protection schemes. Mistakes with this stuff can get very costly.

The closed sprinkler head you will use depends on what foam system you purchase.
If you use a Buckeye Foam system then you will use a Reliable automatic sprinkler because a Reliable sprinkler is what is specifically listed to be used with a Buckeye foam system.
For a Chemguard system you will use a Tyco sprinkler because the Tyco sprinkler is what is listed for use with the Chemguard system.
What you do is select your foam system first and then apply the appropriate sprinkler that is listed to be used with that particular brand of foam system.
