NX 10, I get very rough faceting in drawing views especially small parts and fillets in particular,I have tried to increase the resolution everywhere from user defaults
to drawing preferences and the only thing that seems to give decent results is to click on clip plane, under right click on view settings and then go to view perspective.
There is a front and back clip plane that can be turned on or off. Could someone tell me how to increase the resolution on drawing views or explain the role of these clipping planes?

Thank you, Buddy.

Just change your views from 'Smart Lightweight' to 'Exact'. BTW, the 'roughness' is visual only, it has NO effect whatsoever when plotting or exporting Drawing sheets as PDF's. It's done to improve performance while working with Drawings of large assemblies.
