Clearance standard for structure part

Dear everyone:
I'm come from an airlines.Our one aircraft is undergoing to assembly in factory,found two fasteners almost will be touched(Pls see attachment for details),I don't known if the clearance of the two fasteners is beyond the limit or not.If anyone can share the standard about the subject for Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft,will be greatly appreciated? There may be some rules of thumb out there. Most of these rules are ways to avoid detailed structural analysis. I would expect this to not be avoided in aviation.

Is it possible and practical to turn that nut? This is an assembly quality issue, although that cotter pin will keep it assembled.

The two holes are close together. Can you do a stress analysis on that part between the holes?

What is the problem? The fasteners are on different surfaces.

Why don’t you ask the aircraft manufacturer? Any company standard is PROPRIETARY and should not be posted publically.
