I would like to know, The Machinery’s Handbook lists class tolerances for parts up to 20 inches,

What class tolerance is to be used on parts larger than 20 inches?

Any response will be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure something that big would fall under 'standard fits' so I'd probably decide from first principles based on functional requirements.

Posting guidelines faq731-376 (probably not aimed specifically at you)
What is Engineering anyway: faq1088-1484

ISO 286-1 and -2 have fits and limits for dimensions over 3 m, so that is an option.
