Circular pattern strange failure.

I have a circular pattern failure on a part in SolidWorks 2020 that I cannot figure out. It is in the attached file, last item in the tree. I can change the angle anywhere up to 203 degrees and it works, but I need it to be 212 degrees! It is a rib, need 4 equally spaced over 212 degrees. I can find no reason it will not go over 203.
