Circular electrical connectors for motors

Does anyone know where we can get circular electrical connectors that don't cost a ton for using DC brush motors? Running about maximum 10 Amps....Need it to be metal connectors. Tried the usual Amphenol, Glenair, hypertronics, fischer..

Will be producing about 5000 units a year and cost is important....

Oh, what is a push pull connector? I've used ones with bayonets before...(turning an outside shell to mate)

Push-pull usually mate and latch simply by pushing them together and have a ring or collar which you pull back to release the latch.

You haven't really posted enough information to help - what are your other requirements besides 10A and metal shell?

I assume you tried Lemo, although they're in the same price / performance bracket as Fischer. You've tried Tyco-AMP, ITT-Cannon, Hirose, ITW-McMurdo...? What about the XLR series by Neutrik and their imitators?

I would be looking at automotive connectors if you can live with plastic shells. The dependability is excellent and you may benefit from economies of scale. Connectors for cooling fans may have the current ratings you need. If anyone is using connectors for the alternators the current rating will be above your requirements.
