it is requested from me to design Cinema screen steel support.

Any one design the same before ??????? .... any one can provide sample design calculation for the vibration on the supporting steel structural.
I hope some one can help me.

I doubt vibration would be a large consideration (depending on what is above the screen). I would like to think that deflection would be most critical, and the screen supplier should be able to help you out with the requirements.

I agree with Jay assuming that this is an indoor thing. For the theatres that I've looked at, the only vibration concerns were at the projector booths. Of course, my screens were mounted to CMU walls.

I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it.

nebla:

Take a look at the Stewart AT-3 large screen system. They have a pre-engineered frame that only needs anchoring to the wall, floor or ceiling. Stewart is the premier supplier of cinema screens - they do most of the big IMAX screens for example.
