Is an air separator reqd on chilled water systems?

If yes, inline or rolaritrol?

If yes, then why.

I would say yes it's a good investment. In any closed hydronic system whether chilled water or hot water, air is a prime nemesis because it can cause noise, pump cavitations, corrosion and lower efficiency in heat transfer. So it’s imperative that air be eliminated with all speed and that means an air separator. I like rolartrol
