Maybe this is the wrong forum, but I hope to reach the car guys; I want to add freon air conditioning to a small english sports car not currently equipped ( Type 65 Lotus Europa ). I am hoping for advise regarding evaporator & condenser sizing, and maybe sources for fans, switches, ect. ( Rather then roaming the u-pull-its on weekends ) The original engine will be removed, and a Toyota 20 valve 'silvertop' will be installed. I am also interested in methods of measuring or calculating air flow across the condenser, as space is quite limited. Thanks in advance to everyone.
Regards, S.Wilson

I wouldn't mind hearing the engineering size of things, but it would seem to me the easiest way to go would be looking for a system in a similar-sized car and pluck at your local u-pull.

BTW, that S2 Federal is one fuuuuunky lookin' vehicle ;-) The front end reminds me one heck of a lot of the Nissan/Datsun 240Z, so fitment may be similar. Looks like it has the back of a hearse...
