I am aware that chlorine decay is increased with positive increases in temperature however info regarding the rate of decay for temperatures in the 0 and sub 0 range is rather hard to come by.

Can anyone point me to a chart/datasheeet that illustrates decay rates for chlorine at 0 and sub 0 temperatures?

Thank you

have you checked the chlorine instute website? that is the best place I can think of to look for your needed information.
