Chlorine Content in Heat Exchanger Tubes SS316L

Hii all

I am looking for acceptable chlorine content in the heat exchanger tubes made of SS316L, Design temperature: 80 DegC
This tubes needs to be used for co2 cooling
 
Depends on pH. See API 581 and particular para. 12
 
At neutral pH of 7, roughly 100ppm total Cl
At pH = 5 it would be about 10ppm
If there is any risk of fouling, you can reduce these further.
