Chinese 1T Steel Equivalents?

Anyone ever heard of 1T steel? I have a vendor in China who is using it and can't/won't provide me a different callout or datasheet. This is a carbon steel that is not a Q235/SS400 equivalent.

Any help is much appreciated.
