Problem.....chemical injection diffuser is located approximately 90 feet upstream of a tee. Main is 36" DI and diffuser is 2" located near center of main cross section. I need to check for complete mixing of chemical (90-95%)before the stream splits. The injection is an aqueous solution, so this can be considered water/water mixing at same temperatures.

Does anyone have a good method or empirical data relating Reynolds number to fluid dispersion or other applicable info?
