Cheap UV curing light guide

I am doing R&D work and I require an adhesive to fixture components in a variety of configurations. Components are metal and plastic. 3 - 100 mm in size.

We have been using gap filling super glue like Pacer Zap-A-Gap with activator. Results OK but I would prefer better gap filling and more control over curing.

Prices I have found for UV curing light guides are in 4 figures.

Anybody know of some product for less than 500 dollars/euro?
