My company is going to start using Ansys in the next few months. I did not take a FEA class in school. I bought a text book and have been going through it but I would like to do some ansys tutorials at home. I was looking for a demo version of ansys when I founf the ED version wich is okay but it's $200. I also found a website that has Ansys Multiphysics for $40, this is way too good to be true. Does anybody know anything about this site, how can they sell this stuff so cheap and does it even work?
Thanks

Guaranteed it's a pirated version Ansys. I'd stay away from it.

Try looking for old versions (4.0, 5.0) they may be free, now, I think

Hi,
why not borrow the license from you work PC to your home PC and back?

If you want Ansys "for cheap", either you use very old versions, or you can find it for totally free in filesharing circuits, but you naturally know that it's completely illegal and liable...

Regards
