Ladies & Gentlemen:

I would like to get your opinion on the following matter:

I am using Inco 82 weld wire (ERNiCr-3)for welding SA 240 405 Stainless Steel material, which is a ferritic chromium stainless steel and the base metal is required to be impact tested per UHA-51(d)(3)(b). The impact testing of the PQR is also required per UHA-51(e). Is impact testing of the vessel plates required per UHA-51(f)?
