Changing Nastran .f06 file Format

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I can make sure that the .f06 file is generated in such a manner that comma delimiter is being used. Since I want to extract values from .f06 file.

I think you want the f04 or the op2 files.

Why are you not using a post-processor (like FeMap or PATRAN) to view the results ?

Alternatively you can do what I did some 40 years ago (OMG) ... the f06 file is very predictable so you can figure out particular text strings and use something like FORTRAN (I'm sure there are more up to date s/ware these days) to read the file, find these strings then count lines and spaces to the values you want.
