changing contour color plot scaling V.8

Our analyst is unable to change the scaling of the displayed units.
Is there a quick way to point him in the right direction?

Do you mean the scale of the contour plots?

Rather than asking questions in the third person, why not just ask the question in the first person? It saves time and sounds much less formal. Just a thought.
