Change K factor fro sheet metal design

dear all

if some one know how to change the K factor in sheet metal branch, int this branch you can adjust the K factor from0-0.5 i thik, you cant increse the value more thane one, but i want to increase this value more than one, please Help.

What kind of sheet material are you working with Ameen? Must be some sort of high tech material if the K-factor is greater than 1

First thanx for your reply, i am working in factory that manufactur hollow metal doors. as you know we use sheet to product the doors & fram. so that i use AutoCad to design the sheet,also i use formula to calculate the unfolding size.

i am keen user in CATIA program, but the size for unfolding sheet in CATIA dosent match with formula. So i need to increase the value of K factor Up to 1.75 to be the size matches togother.

if you have another method plese advise

The value of K factor should be smaller than one, you can use the K factor calculator to do the calculations.
