Change fillet's color 1

On a regular basis I assume?
Then a script, NX open or journal, would be the best option.
Let it search for fillets with the same dimension and change the color of the fillet face.

That is not possible using just a journal.
You can create the change color in the journal to start your code. But you will need to make changes in the journal ,using VB or the language you used to create the journal, to perform the selection (based on dimensions) of the fillets.
With that I cannot help you unfortunately.

NX also has the ability to assign a color to a feature. The advantage here is that if the model is edited in the future and new blend faces are created within the blend feature, they will be colored accordingly. If you simply change the color of existing faces (whether interactively or through a journal), any new faces created by later edits won't necessarily follow the desired color scheme. Also note that not all blends are defined by a single radius value; if any of your models make use of such blends, you'll need a strategy for handling those.
