Challenging parts 1

Does anyone have any challenging parts that have few features, but look very complex? I have searched the web and I have not found anything.

Here is one that looks simple from the 2D, few features, but isn't so simple.
Try doing from the 2D on Page 1 before reading the instructions.
The design intent of for a drill to go through the hole drilling a hole in thin walled aluminum tubing. Then the bushing pushes into the hole causing a circular indentation in the tubing. (The circular end result is more difficult than might be expected.)
Only by modeling this in 3D does the true cost of manufacture become apparent at the design stage.

You might add to the problem by doing the resulting tubing feature as a mult-body solid file.

Flip side - try doing a fully dimensioned 2D drawing of this part. Later I'll post the feature tree.

I am trying to find just 3D models to be re-created exactly as the SW models is made. Attached is an example of the latest Challenge part I sent out to my users.

If there is a 2D drawing to help the user that's fine as well, but in the end I need a 3D model with very few features, but complex looking like my example is.

Thanks... I do like the Sheet metal part... very challenging looking.

I found it a challenge to make a Nordlock washer that was a multibody part that was configuration driven for the different sizes and actually had the ramped surfaces contacting each other. (Not like the fake cut that you find on the 3D Content Central models).
