CGR Problems

First of all I apologize for my basic English.
Someone has had the following message of error "Improper Stock Geometry" of mechanized in CATIA V5R14SP7.
The error appears when I do a Full Video simulation. Previous stock is a CGR created in a previous Full Video simulation and Save Video Result in CGR.
I am grateful for your help.

Exact, the error is "AN UNEXPECTED MALFUNCTION HAS OCCURED. IMPROPER STOCK GEOMETRY"

I have not found any solution. And I have not found any solution in WEB.

Did you try the link I posted above?
According to APAR HD22649 this is a program error and is suppose to be fixed in R14SP03. If the problem exists in R14SP07 I would suggest submitting a PMR for the problem.
