I am interested in using CFD to visualize flow in cylinder head ports, manifolds and cooling passages.

I will use it to evaluate design alternatives that I currently model in 3D but test only physical models.

The application is drag racing engines.

At this point I am only concerend with flow/turbulance. Other subjects such as heat transfer and combustion are beyond my appetite at this time.

I have looked at Fluent but have the impression that this is over kill for me.

Can someone suggest a CFD software that is well suited for this type of use.

Thanks
