Yes, these exist. If you want a true 3d dynamic simulation for something like a torpedo being launched from a surface ship you are going to be up for some very long solve times. If you can accept that then check out OpenFoam

I have seen some simple streamline analysis done in Solid Works. I don't now how much info you can get from that, but I think it can at least give you a sense of what the drag coefficients would be in wind tunnel testing.
