CFD Analysis for open/Natural Ventilation required?

Guys,

For the Open parking structures satisfying the requirements of NFPA 88A, 5.5.1 and 5.5.2, Is the CFD analysis required to be done or not?

In the open parking structures we are using the natural ventilation only and it is above ground.
