About 50 minutes as an average ( 5 minutes set-up, 15 minutes drilling and 30 minutes concreting ( 4" line and concrete ))if there is no reinforcement. This is an instantaneous output ( doesn't take into account starting ops in the beginning of the shift, cleaning everything at the end of the shift, stand-by time waiting for concrete, etc ).
