Ceramic Laminated Object Manufacturing

I am working on a project that requires at least 3 layers of fairly complex ceramic parts to be fused together.

I can do either 6 layers or 3. If the part were to be made in three layers, though, there would need to be machining done to each layer. To get away from this, I was looking at a Laminated Object Manufacturing process. I was also lookinga at selective laser sintering, however was not sure of the tolerances of that process.

The thinnest layer would have to be 65 microns thick, with features cut into that layer that are also 65 microns wide.

I am having a hard time finding a company that can handle this procedure, does anyone know of a company that can? Or of another process that I can use?

65 microns is on the limit of the spot size of alot of industrial laser processes, however direct writing technologies might provide a route for your solution. I'm working on technologies that are aiming to develop exactly the kind of technolgy you are talking about so we might be able to help each other out.
