im have severe blistering problems with my ceramic injection cores at my shop im use a tempcraft wax injection machine converted to a ceramic injection machine can anybody please help

Dear sleeprcmaro,

I suggest taking a look at your mixing procedure. Improperly mixed injection molding material will have areas of low and high wax concentrations, which means a not uniform binder removal/burnout. The next thing would be the ceramic particle packing. There are additives you can mix with the ceramic lower surface tension, and allow for better mixing.

Best Regards,

Genesis Genesis

what additives are available to lower surface tension in ceramic injection mix?
