Ceramic Engine Case

Is it possible to produce an engine case for a high performance 2-stroke micromotor (0.80 cu. in.) as pictured below? All internal parts will be original aluminum and forged iron.

I am looking for improved dimensional stability that is not achieved with the standard cast aluminum alloy.
