Centrifugal Pump Impeller Design

To anyone who can help.

I am looking for good author/text/book recommendation on the following:
Meshing in ANSYS CFX 12.0 or later
BladeGen in ANSYS CFX 12.0 or later
Vista CPD in ANSYS CFX 12.0 or later
Centrifugal Impeller Design - Specifically Francis Vane Blade and Impeller Design (not for axial flow impellers, radial)
