Hi,

I have a problem with the centreless grinding machine.

As you can see in the attachment, marks are produced on the workpieces. This is the first time that is happening.

Is there anyway in order to remove such marks?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like just rough grinding marks. Could be caused by too coarse a wheel or trying to remove too much metal in one pass or inadequate coolant flow.

It also looks like you may be recirculating "swarf" and than you may be pressure welding it to the work piece -- this may be the cause of the "fish tails"

I also agree that the "rough" finish is nothing more than regular grinding problems eg too course a wheel, improper coolant flow (volume, location etc.), dressing the wheel so that it very open etc.
