Is it possible to show the center of gravity of a part (.psm) in a draft?

Hi,

yes it's possible but it's shown as tiny dot only:

- select view's properties
- select the Display tab
- select the part on the left and do an RMB
= select show coordinate systems
- select the coordinate system item and
on the right activate Box Show

- back to the view do an update on the view

The 'dot' can be referenced in dimension a.s.o.

Hi,

correction:
- select the coordinate system item and

should read

- select the Center of gravity item and

(at the mo I've only a German version at hand so I've to
translate the text)

dy
It's 'Center of Mass'.

You'll need to update Physical Properties in the Part/Psm file first for dy's suggestion to work.

Also,

You can use 'draw in view', and draw a 'circle by center' that is connected to the tiny dot making it suddenly much more visible !
