I dont know how to read cement bong logs and would like to learn how interpret them and evalute cement bond.

Can any one recomend any books, papers or courses that would help me out?

Try anything by James Smolen. I took a course from him once on cased hole and PL evaluation. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining.
