CatiaV5R14 on Windows XP SP2

Hello,


We recently installed Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 on a HP workstation. Installing catia was easy, but we could not get CatiaV5R14 to work on the machine. The machine hangs up when catia is started.


Does anyone know of a fix for this issue.

Hi,
On an HP? Not surpised you're having trouble. Reinstall SP2. We have V5R14 running excellent on the Electra workstations in our design room. No prob's whatsoever.

It's either a licensing, hardware or video driver issue. What graphics card are you using?

Hope this rather generic info helps somewhat.
