My company recently upgraded to V5R25 and Catia changed the default position link when creating a text box.
In R23, when selecting the text command and then selecting an existing text, it would create a non rigid link on the new text.
In R25, it does the same thing, but creates a rigid link only allowing me to place the new text above, below, left, or right of the existing text.
It snaps it right next to the existing text and does not allow for any change in position unless the positional link is replaced.
I do not have the rigid positional link turned on in the Mechanical Design, Drafting, Annotation and dress-Up Tab.
If anybody knows how to change the way Catia R25 defaults its text input it would be appreciated.
