Catia V5 STL parameters

Does anyone know if the parameters for creating an .stl file from a CATpart can be changed? (sag, etc.)

You need to go into Tools/Options and change your visualization. that will change the density of the file that you save.

 

[solid7]

They cannot be changed unless you have the STL license. Please note, Catia has STL write out capability built in - but you cannot change the parameters unless you have the add-on license that controls STL outputs.

Ridiculous, to be sure, but that's the way it works...
