Were having an issue with a certain models not showing for one user only(apprentice), if he opens a .CATPart the model is not visible, if he opens a .CATProduct or .CATProcess with an assemble including the invisible .CATPart it still doesn't show.
If I open the same files its visible for me and other users.
We all have our own logins for the computers so we can each log onto our accounts on all the laptops and computers but as soon as the apprentice logs into his account we get the same issue, if anyone else logs on to the same computer its fine.
There's nothing hidden and we all the the same access, I suspect its an issue with his account but just want to check if there's anything in Catia itself that could cause this.
