CATIA V5 Dual monitor

I recently switched from Windows XP to Windows 7. When I did this, all my CATIA function windows open in the middle of the CAITA window, but only when I use dual monitors. when I turn off the one, the windows pop up normally, at the bottom right corner, or where ever I last left them. With Dual monitors, no matter where I leave them they always pop up in the middle.

Does anyone have any ideas for why this is happening? I have used CATIA with Windows 7 and dual monitors in the past without this problem...

Check how is set up the video card control panel for multiple monitors...maybe is set as single wide high resolution monitor (horizontal span ?)
