To import a Catia file the Pro_to_cat utility needs to be installed on the machine that is running Catia, as this utility uses part of the catia program to convert the catia part to a format Pro/e understands. If you look at the size of the utility you will see it is too small and also it is a batch file. More information is in the administration guide.
