Catia to NX8

When I convert a catia file to a .prt it leaves the CATPart/CATProduct in the file name. This causes issues with existing programs. It there a setting I am missing that would allow me to drop it when converting? Or, could someone get me pointed in the right direction for a rename program that would cycle through and drop unneeded text and also save files in a new folder?
