Catia problems

Can someone please help me resolve problem. User of Catia program gets a problem when using tools or options in catia. While he holds the mouse button and moves it around, it leaves somekind of trace. Is this some option that we should turn off or what could that be? I hope someone can help me with answer. It hard to explain what is happening, but please take a look at picture uploaded and answer if you can.

I'm having the same problem since windows 10 decided to update and fill my pc full of rubbish.
I think its something to do with the graphics card.

Well what I can tell is that we have 3 pcs which have equal specification. On 2 pcs catia wont leave traces and on one it does. So I thought its somehow a setting inside catia not problem with graphic card. Inside its Nvidia p4000.

Do the PCs have the same level of drivers as well?
Try to copy-paste the CATIA's user settings from a working pc to yours.

Same for me with Windows 10 I think is a combination between W10, drivers and graphic card.

just FYI I have nvidia K4000, nvidia driver 388.16, win10 and 3DX 18X and no graphic problem

Amadei, you are drawing trim steels? You are a metal stamping tool designer?
