Catia is Taking more time to start than usual

Catia is Taking more time to start than usual . Catia is crashing while saving the file also ,Need to restart the catia again.
what could be a possible suggestion for this ?
My machine is Win 7 64 bit
Catia V5 R19

Hi,

Delete CATSettings and start a fresh CATIA session, run CATDUAV5 (eventually in batch mode) on CATIA files, disable antivirus.
