Hi
I am creating several drawings where I have defined the views I want to add to the drawing using 'View from reference' in the assembly design annotation toolbar.
The first view is a top view, and several other views are section cuts (View from reference->Section cut-> Then select defined plane as reference)
Each view is added to a drawing sheet, then I try to add callout (right click on section cut view frame->object->Add callout)
But every time I do this, I get the error "There is no defining view present in the drawing"
I've tried several different orientations, ensuring the section views are perpendicular and cut through the view plane but can't figure out why the error appears.
It has workedfor me before, but am not sure what I might be doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.
