How could I create a gap in dimension, in a such way that the value does not interfere?
I need to show a clean value view.....

I'd like to have my dimension similar with the one (3.30) shown in the picture you sent:

the dimension value location should happen automatically, based on which drafting standard you're using. ANSI or ASME will locate the dimension centered on the dimension line, with a gap. (ISO locates the value above the solid dimension line) Use File + Page Setup to choose which standard you're using.
