I am currently experiencing an issue regarding text disappearing on every drawing. The text in "Sheet Background" is transparent; it exists but cannot be seen in either Sheet Background or Working Views. The text becomes viewable when panning in or out. After panning the text becomes transparent. The text is selectable and can be modified, it just can't be seen; a graphic problem if you will. I have reset my tool/options and that did not resolve the issue. The text in "Working Views" is fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.
