As far as Visual Urban, It's been awhile, but when I looked at it a couple years ago I noticed it didn't appear to be calculating the curb inlets correctly. Has any else noticed that?

Try the Urban Drainage UD-Inlet spreadsheet. It works for a lot of the common inlets and is based on HEC-22 methodology.
