Hi! good day :)
I am a Chem Eng student here in the Philippines and on the making of our Plant Design as requirement for my remaining units to be able to graduate next year. the title of our Design is "BTX PRODUCTION FROM NAPTHA Via CATALYTIC REFORMING".

Right now, we are on the making of our Equipment part via Aspen Hysys Simulation. For the literature part, we are using the article: Dynamic modeling and simulation of a naphtha catalytic reforming reactor, for the part of our catalytic reforming unit (CCR) since almost all of the needed parameters are available. Unfortunately, we got stuck on the % conversion part since only the reactions are available, but not the % conversion of it.

With this, I would like to ask if is it possible to have a % conversion on each kinetic data available on this paper? Or do have any articles you remembered where in the kinetic data and % conversion are available at the same time under BTX production? I do hope someone could lend me a hand on this one and I would like to apologize in advance if the question is rather trivial. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
sorry for the lengthy post.

The header notes for this table seem clear enough, assuming the reactions are all first order in the reactant hydrocarbon, and the K values are for a given P/T. Some reactions are consecutive. The mathematical kinetics modelling for all these reactions may be awfully complicated, so maybe you could choose a few that represent the major components in the feed and then see if you can handle the maths involved. Using Mathcad or similar may help ??
