CAT G3512 FAULT CODE : AL9

Greetings to you all, we are having issues with our gas engine power generator for some days now, it keeps coming down on load with the alarm code AL9. please house any suggestion on how to resolved this fault?

Frequency rises above the P114 or P117 setpoints.
