Had some problems casting the super alloy IN100. So far porosity has occured andI believe gating and mold temps are the issue. I've been doing major research on this material and according to several studies the more gating and runners the greater chance for Nitrogen build-up, thus the greater chance for porosity. Finding info on IN100 has not been easy. My question is, has anyone successfully cast IN100 and are there any suggestion you might have.
